M.A.P. may process membership information, organizational affiliation, contact information, profile information, profile photographs, communication preferences, event activity, dues-related records, notifications, connection information, reports, and information members choose to provide through the platform.
Verified Membership
M.A.P. may associate an authenticated account with a verified membership record maintained by a participating Lodge or Grand Lodge. Verification information is used to determine eligibility for member-only features.
Networking Profiles
Members may control whether their networking profiles are discoverable and whether information such as Lodge affiliation, jurisdiction, interests, email address, and telephone number is visible to other verified members.
Private Messages
Private messages are intended to be available only to conversation participants through the application. Administrative roles do not automatically provide application-level access to member private conversations.
Blocking and Reporting
Members may block other members and submit reports regarding inappropriate conduct. Reports may be retained for moderation, security, and organizational review purposes.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate the platform, verify membership, support organizational administration, provide member networking features, deliver notifications, improve security, investigate misuse, and maintain service reliability.
Data Retention
Information may be retained as necessary to support membership history, organizational records, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate operational requirements.
Security
M.A.P. uses access controls and database authorization policies intended to limit access according to member and organizational roles. No system can guarantee absolute security.
